Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

I got a police tkt. with violation ID 79.10 for failure to clean up my driveway within 24hrs of snow storm. This tkt. came to my mailbox as resident not on my name. Do I have to pay or just ignore since it is doesn't have any name? What would be the consequence?

Ignoring a ticket is never a good idea. The court will probably put a warrant out for your arrest. My guess is that this ticket has a small fine. Creating problems for yourself over a small amount of money is never a good idea.
