Motion to vacate default judgment
Is it possible to file a motion to vacate a default judgment of $600,000 in NJ from 2003. I was only notified of a deposition which I did not attend. I was never notified of any court appearance until August 2007, 4 years later. If so would someone be willing to file it for me for a fee in my name on a pro se basis. Thanks.
