In NJ when you ask someone to take you off speaker phone do they need to comply?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say if that person wants to continue the phone conversation, they better take you off speaker phone. Your remedy if they don't - hang up. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
