Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

getting property back

I just went through a business bankruptcy and my old landlord is holding property of mine which includes tax information that I need so I can file my tax return from 2008. is there any leagal action I can take so that I can retrieve my property and tax info in a timely matter it has been 5 months and I still can not get an answer from them what should I do now.

This will take some action by you. You really should get the assistance of an attorney. Why is the attorney who handled your bankruptcy not handling this?
