Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

What would i need to register an export company in the US , i am not a us resident but i am here in US on F1 visa (now on EAD) and i am legally eligible to be self employed on my current status. I have a trading company registered in India and i want to export items to that company from US.

Forming the company is no different than for any other company. The work is in determining whether an export license will be required and, if so, which agency issues it. That depends on the nature of the goods being exported. If you would like to discuss it further, please call.
