Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
Abused by police
the police came to my brothers' house at 10 am because someone complained about his music being to loud.when he answered the door they sprayed him with mace and started beating him, all the time yelling stop resisting to him. he yelled back that he was not resisting. they ransacked his apartment and kick and slamed his head against the floor. my brother has mental problems and he has a metal plate in his head . he has bruises and his ribs are broken. what should we do about this. thank you for any help you can give.
