I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. rECENTLY THE WORKERS WERE GIVEN NEW UNIFORMS, HOWEVER WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR A SWEATER OR COVER UP WHEN WE ARE COLD. IS THIS LEGAL?
