Re: signed proposal

This is NOT a yes or no question, there are several factors to consider. More important, I'll bet if the signed a proposal in NJ, that your paperwork is in violation of NJ law, including the NJ Consumer Fraud Act (meaning that I've seen 1 in the past 9-10 years that was not). IF the proposal does not comply with NJ law, it may not be enforcable. IF the 'proposal' complies with NJ law, does the 'proposal' address cancellation? Is there a recission period? etc., etc. Sorry, you NEED to consult an attorney.
