I have papers to prove that I was paying for the car and the car was refinanced! They cast me thousands in finance charges and would not respond to me about it! I could not trade the car in for what they reported! I still have the car!!! Can they be sued for any kind of damages!!

I have never hear of a car being refinanced. You clearly need the assistance of an attorney.

I know that Hudson in currently involved in class action litigation related to their car finance practices. You may have claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) if Hudson has been reporting inaccurate and/or false info. You can get more info on the FCRA at my website: www.njconsumerfraudlawyers.com
