Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

User's Agreement

I made some biddings on an online auction site before actually reading the User's Agreement as it is way down the intial page. I wrote the Webmaster's to cancel my account but he does not want to do it. He states I have to pay for the bids if I win them because I just for making the bids it's a contract agreement between me and the sellers, that I am legally bound to do so. But I haven't had won the bids, I want my account to be deleted before time runs out.

Re: User's Agreement

A bid in an auction is an offer to buy that can be accepted up until the end of the auction. The bid cannot be withdrawn unless the rules of the auction provide for withdrawal.
