Auto Repossession
I would like to now the laws regarding a creditor�s right to repo an auto. My payments are past due and I am wondering if the creditor can repo the vehicle with out notice, or do they have to make contact with me before doing so.

While I am no repoman, giving you notice that they are going to come get your car doesn't make much sense, does it? Otherwise, you would hide the car. If you are worried, I suggest you reach out first and work something out.
