Even if there was an agreement not to enter a judgement for my son's medical bill. Last question, what is a good argument to vacate and remove judgement? Message for Robert Davies, Esq. in Hackensack.

I understand that there may be other factors, including that you stated that there was an agreement to NOT enter a judgment, but judgment was entered anyway.
