Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

My tenant just moved out and she owes me $4,000 in back rent. She was recently awarded a settlement for sexual harassment. She receives her settlement in $5,000 increments over the next couple of years. Is there any way I can put a judgement on her settlement so I can get the back rent she owes me?
