will i be punished for this

i was taking care of my sick mom and my down syndrome sister for years and i was both of there finical over seer we were on a real low income so i helped my sister open up 2 credit card accounts in her name so she could get clothes and other stuff and i opened up 1 clothing acct for her but only 1 coat was brought for her and a checking account to help her maintain her money my other sister took her out my care when my mother got sick and opened up a case against me saying i committed identity theft on my sister behalf when nothing was for me it was all for her

Well if there are charges against you and you are convicted, you will be punished. Whether or not you win the case depends largely on the attorney you get.
