Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

what is the fee for improper behaving in new jersey. I was just given a complaint summons but it does not say it requires me to go to court that section was not checked what should i do. all i did was question an office at the scene of a fight and he grabbed me and I said take your hands off of me.

You are charged with being a disorderly persons offense which has a maximum fine of $500 and a maximum jail sentence of 90 days.
