Shoplifting is a violation of the New Jersey criminal code. If you are convicted you are facing high fines, potentially some jail time, community service and you will have a criminal record for at least five years before you can move to get it removed. I have handled very many cases like yours in the past. Please contact my office to discuss your case in more detail and to see how I may be able to assist you. Thank you,

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.- (908)272-0111

There are several issues raised here. first there is an arrest which must be eventually expunged and secondly the charge of shoplifting itself. I would suggest that yoou contact me so that we may be able to downgrade the offense.
