Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My 19 year old son has three charges against him
On 5/24/09 my son was caught with oxycodone hcl in the amount of 33 pills violation NJS 2C:35-10A(1), 1 can Miller light Violation NJS 2C:33-15A and Marijania in the amount of under 50 grams violation NJS 2C:35-10A(4). His court date is 6/4 and I think he needs a lawyer. This is his first drug offense. In Oct he had an underage drinking offense in his hometown. Licences suspended 3 months Dec-Mar.

He does need an attorney to sort out the difficulties he has gotten himself into.
Call me if you like.

Re: My 19 year old son has three charges against him
I would really like to talk with him and try to help resolve this situation before it gets any worse...I've been practicing in PA and NJ since 1992 and think I can provide the assistance he needs at a reasonable price.
Where is he scheduled to appear?

Re: My 19 year old son has three charges against him
The main thing to worry about is the 33 pills charge since this is a third degree crime which carries a penalty of up to 5 years in state prison. He certainly does need a lawyer experienced in criminal defense. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
