If I spend more money to get store drop charges by civil compensation. is it possible? what would be appropriate amount?. I know records will stay for 5 years. Any chance of plea deal to lessen time for records? First time offende any jail time possible?

Good criminal defense lawyers present their clients options....

I think you should be talking direct with a lawyer rather than posting or chatting online (which can be seen by the police!)

So feel free to contact me direct at [email protected] or call the office to set up a time to talk.

Instead of trying to pay off the store, which sounds rather illegal, use the money on a good criminal defense attorney. I have offices in Princeton and East Brunswick and I'd be happy to help you. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768 if you want to discuss the case.
