Re: getting a charge off of my record

If you drug charge was handled in municipal court

you can have it expunged.

If you will give me a call I will explain how it works.

Re: getting a charge off of my record

If this case was decided in a municipal court in NJ, and you were actually convicted and not given a conditional discharge, then you have to wait 5 years from the date your probation ended before you can apply for an expungement. If you fit into these two criteria, please contact me and I will talk to you about how to get your record expunged. Please note that if you were given a conditional discharge on this case, then that is the same thing as having the charge against you dismissed and you would not have a record of any conviction.

Sincerely yours, Ronald Aronds, Esq.
