Re: crimnal mischeif/treaspassing with a prior record

Any person age 14 or older can be waived up to adult court on criminal charges against them. You are 17 and have a prior record, so there is a chance that the prosecutor will try to have your case heard in the adult court. As to the charges themselves, they are not that serious. Since they are not drug charges there is no automatic license suspension. However, the judge does have the power to further suspend your license anyway. I am an attorney who has handled very many cases similar to yours in the past. Please ask your mom or dad to call me at 1-908-272-0111 to discuss your case and how I can help you. Please tell them that there is no charge for simply talking to me. Thank you.

SIncerely yours, Ronald Aronds, Esq.

There should not be any suspension of your driving privileges. Since you are 17 the charges will be heard in juvenile court. If you would like to retain me or need more information please call me on tuesday at 732-286-2170.

Re: crimnal mischeif/treaspassing with a prior record

It is essential that you have an in-person consultation with a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible.

You anticipate being charged with a new crime or crimes, having recently completed a prior sentence of probation. You indicate that during your prior probation, you violated that probation by using illegal drugs.

You do not provide any detail regarding the new charges you think you will be facing. However, it is reasonably obvious that any judge will be skeptical of your ability to adapt successfully to probation, given your recent criminal history.

Whether or not you will or will not be charged as an adult or a juvenile depends upon what you are actually charged with and the particular facts and circumstances involved. Whether or not you will lose your driving privileges is also a matter that cannot be determined without providing specific facts to your attorney.

Again, I urge you to contact and retain a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible to protect your legal rights.

If you would like to contact me at greater length about this, please e-mail at: [email protected] or [email protected].
