expunging record

I was never convicted, the cases were dismissed every time I was accused of domistic violence. Now 10 years later those arrests are hunting me. How can I epunge them

Records of arrest(police and court) may also be expunged under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq., if the necessary criteria have been met.
