Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I am trying to find out if I can get the bail bond lien removed from our property. Our son no longer resides in the house. They case is still active but has been ongoing for the last four years. My husband I are divorced and would like to sell our property but we can't because of the lien. Is there a possibility to get the lien of the house or make a different arrangement so we can sell our property?
