I do expungements, and the most recent one I finished just last week took a few months from beginning to end.I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: record exspongement

You get started by hiring me and giving me the particulars of your case so that I can prepare an expungement petition and file it with the Superior Court of New Jersey.

The expungement willl take a maximum of four months from the time that you retain my services.

Call me if you like.

Re: record exspongement

You are not able to expunge all CDS charges. Before you go through the trouble and expense of filing a petition for expungement, make sure you are eligible. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
