what are our rights

my son was charged with endangering the welfare of a child but the girl showed false I.D. saying she was 18 he was given life time parole. Now two or three months after this happened she became pregnant by one of the boys involved. I also have proof that i had not had before that she has been lying about her age since 2004 claiming to be 17 we have it in black and white. please how can i free my son of this he is not a child molester and he is being made out to be one he just turned 20 how can we fight this. we were told we can partition this please help he was given a raw deal.

There are a lot of important missing details in your message. I would need to know a lot more information to give you a good answer. If there is new evidence, you may have several options. You may also have several other options regardless of the new evidence, but I need to know if he went to trial or took a plea. My consultations are always free.
