Re: strong arm robbery

There is always a chance. I've had 1st degree robbery cases that ended in a plea to a DP theft. I've also had robbery cases that ended in a 3rd degree conspiracy with probation or a three flat. Of course, every case is different but a good attorney fights for the client to get the result that the client wants.

Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

Re: strong arm robbery

It is a matter of what is on the video.

If he dropped the items and then ran and encountered the security officer with whom he tusseled, there would have been no robbery committed. Robbery is committed when something is taken by means of a threat or branding of a weapon.

Call me if you like.

Re: strong arm robbery

Robbery is an extremely serious offense and you need to hire a lawyer. If you can't afford a private lawyer then you should definitely apply for the public defender. All of the issues in the case need to be negotiated with the prosecutor before any lesser charges can be considered, and you should have a lawyer to do that for you. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
