theft
if someone took a persons debit card which they had previously been given the pin to and used it and withdrew funds from a mac machine the amount was 600 what can happen?

If the withdraw was made without permission or consent of owner of debit card the user of the card could be charged with third degree theft, for which the maximum jail sentence could be up to five yeares.

You are looking at a felony with a potentional state prison sent. I would hire a criminal defense attorney right away.

They can be charged with third degree theft and face up to five years in state prison.
