Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

my friend just found out his children was raped by family members as children. they're adults now. I would like to know the limitation on prosocuting them.

Your friend and his children may still be able to prosecute. Call me, and I will assist your friend.

This is one of the most horrible crimes. I have had to assist some folks with this, and it is legally complex.
