Re: Allowing a DWI

Under NJ Statute 39:4-50(a)a person allowing an intoxicated driver to drive a motor vehicle faces the same penalties as the intoxicated driver himself. The penalties include hundreds of dollars in fines, $3,000.00 in surcharges, loss of driving privileges, potentially some jail time, and some time attending drunk driving school. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
