Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

To whom it may concern,

In New Jersey certain townships have cameras at lights that take pictures if you go through them as they turn yellow and red. If you go through at the wrong time you are issued a ticket by your license plate number. I'm a quadriplegic who was confined to a wheelchair and do not drive. I have other people (hired help) drive me to doctors appointments and do other errands. I was issued such a ticket and the (agency) who hires these people said they would have an answer for me. A couple days have gone by and I still do not have an answer from them. I am the owner of the vehicle but I do not drive it. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

Just go to court and advise the Court that you were not driving and do not drive. As to you to ticket should be dismissed.
