DUI and 2c:35-10(A) Possession
I was arrested for a 1st time DUI and they found a bag of marijuna(dime bag). I had been arrested before for possesion of Marijuna but it was expunged. both times the drug was not found on me, and i was not alone. What can happen? My biggest concern is a record

You are looking at having your DL suspended from 7 months all the way up to 3 years if you take a hit on everything. In addition, you will have a criminal record.
I suggest you get an attorney ASAP to get ahead of these charges instead of trying to play catch up later on.
