Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have a 20 year old son. His mom filed a support case against me in May of 2011. He and his mother are residents of the state of Pennsylvania and I'm a New Jersey resident. Now I was ordered on June 5, 2012 to start paying child support in the amount of $136 a week. I am currently unemployed and a full-time student. At this time I cannot afford these payments and mostly I feel this order is unlawful. I believe my son has past the age of majority and his mother isn't required to collect any funds. I would appreciate some feedback. I look forward to speaking to you.
