Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

bitter stepmother does not know her place

My 9 year old sons father married a women who is determined to make my life hell.I have sole-legal custody of son,that issue has been addressed many times in court.although I try to get along with my ex and his wife, she is a bitter nasty woman always causing conflicts. My sons father is unable to read or write he has a disability, so this woman is taking it upon herself to write letters to my sons doctors, teachers, therapists, to obtain information about my son having my ex sign these letters as if they are coming from him.She has called d.y.f.s. on me 3 times in 1 year, (allegations unfounded)Now to top it all of with I get a tip from a friend of all of ours that she had drugs planted in my car, I go check sure enough these are drugs in my car!

Is there anything I can do to put a stop to this person, I have already proven to the court that I am the better parent, what more could I do ?

I have personally witnessed many cases such as yours... they can be ceaseless and aggravating. Repeated complaints to DYFS that turn out to be groundless are kept track of along with the source of the reitterative complaints. Planting drugs in your car... that's a criminal matter. If you press charges, it will all come down to credible witnesses and other proofs. Good luck. Sometimes these abuses never end.
