Boyfriend charged my credit card
my ex went to teach in India, for 6 months on a Visa. I took out a credit card for him to use in the case of an emergency.(he was an authorized user) He charged $1200. I found out he cheated, used the card on the girl and has decided to stay in India. I have no way of getting this money. I've sent him very clear emails asking him to pay the debt, even if its in installments, he says he will contact me to discuss but hasn't. I've contacted him at least 3x and tried to call him in India. He doesn't respond. He's trying to extend his Visa, as it has already expired. I'm afraid he won't come back and this debt won't be paid. This was a 4 year, live in relationship, i have all of his belongings in my apartment.

nasty situation. not all men are idiots, but this one certainly is.
