Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child Custody/ Child Support

I am thinking about trying to gain custody of my kids but my wife attempted suicide a few years back. Will her past effect my custody battle with my ex -wife

Re: Child Custody/ Child Support

I think it depends on her current condition, and many other factors and issues. If there is a custody "battle" the Court looks to the best interest of the child. You have not stated why you want to attempt to gain custody which is also an issue.

I would be happy to follow up with you. Please email me directly or call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment either in person or by telephone. My contact information is listed in the links below.
