child support

My son is 18yrs old, he's 2 years behind in high school. how long must I cotinue to pay support, if he's showing no desire o finish school?

That's a tough one. I understand your position but trying to get the courts to understand is difficult. I don't think you will win a motion to terminate your child support, but a well crafted motion could get it reduced. I suggest you get an attorney to help you with that.
