Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

College contribution

I was ordered to pay 46% of my daughter's college bill AFTER first giving consideration to scholarships, loans, and grants. This is the written decree. I paid everything I was supposed to but now my ex says I owe more. It turns out that my daughter cancelled her Stafford loan of $2700 without my knowledge. Did she have the right to do that even though the judge said consideration should be given to that first? Am I obligated to pay the difference?
