I haven't seen my spouse for 15 years.I was told in order to divorce him, I have to find him.I've been trying for 15 years,and can not find him.I'm poor,and can't afford to hire people to find him.How do I get a divorce from this man and finally end this chapter?

There is a method to allow for service of process by advertisement. This can be accomplished relatively easily.
