Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My father abuses and threatens me often, but for years we've relied on the financial basis he gives us. Today while he was beating me, he turned to my mother and said he'd file a divorce first thing in the morning. If I were to bring charges against him for child abuse, would it affect his child support payments? He doesn't plan on seeing me or my mother after the divorce, it seems. I'm 15 years old, and the abuse has been around for as long as I can remember.
