I gave my husband 45 days to leave the marital home, in anticipation of divorcing. He agreed. He is now refusing to leave. Can I evict him?

Why does he have any less right to the house than you do? You should talk to a divorce lawyer today before this goes bad. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.

He has as much right to the marital home as you do. You need to speak with an experience family lawyer in your area as quickly as possible. Good luck. Rob Gleaner

You would likely not be able to evict your husband from your marital home. Did you own the home prior to your marriage? You should consult with a Divorce attorney as soon as you can.
