my ex husband and i have joint custody of our daughters.is it ok for him to leave for a month to his country and i am not allowed to even as take 2 weeks vacation without my daughters

No, that is not correct. You will need to speak to me, and let me see the Court orders and the divorce judgment, and any divorce agreement that you have. I will then be able to give you some advice as to how to deal with this.
