Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was married & living in Mass. when my wife told me she wanted a divorce. She told me to leave our marital home and had the locks changed. I have now taken up residency in New Hamshire. As the defendant in the divorce may I request the procedings be held in my new home county or do I have to return to Mass. to defend myself?
