Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My mother receives $1408.00 dollars a month in child support which i do not see. I am 21 years old. She also charges me rent on top of the child support. Is this legal?

If she receives child support, it is required that you be unemancipated, dependent on your parents. If you are working and paying rent she could lose her child support. If you are in college, full time, you are still eligible for child support, while enjoying that status.
