Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

rights of divorced children

my father has just passed away. my mother and he divorced several years ago. we tried to keep in touch but his new wife, who he cheated on our mother with, would not allow it. we have a lot of anger towards her for too many reasons to list and would like to know if we are entitled to any portion of his estate. will or no will. we feel what she has done to our family is beyond cruelty and yes our father is equally to blame.the wife also claimed in the obituary of the state paper that her children were his which they are not. is there any leagal action against her since she excluded his biological children completly. thank you
