Re: seperation

I can only answer for myself. I answer questions that have substance. By that I mean there is a definitive question with either a definite answer or range of answers that can be discussed intelligently in a brief response.

Many people word their questions like "What are my chances...." or "Can my ex do that?" Most of the time, these vague inquiries are impossible to answer. Others may say - "Where can I find the forms to do this?" or "How can I do this on my own." My reaction to that is that if you could do it on your own, you don't need this service.

Further, this system, while good, generally does not get a person to the heart of their problem. It is almost impossible to give direct and effective advice in this format because so many minor factors many change the advice radically.

Anyone who has read any of my answers knows that almost all of them close with a "disclaimer" advising that the person cannot rely on the advice unless the lawyer is retained. The best advice I can give anyone is that they should look at Law Guru as just an advice column that is worth what you pay for it [nothing!] and that you need to sit down with an attorney and discuss your matter in detail to get your problem resolved.

Good luck! Rob Gleaner
