Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have two sons, ages 11 & 7. My ex wife moved to another town to live with her boyfriend and she refuses to let me know the address or schools system they are in. I only know the town. my child support is current and I also pay for the children's health benefits. I have never done anything wrong to my sons, they adore me. My ex keeps them from me out of spite work, she won't even let my parents see my sons. Don't my parent's have grandparents rights? what can I do? Can she keep this information from me. according to our divorce creed I should know where they are at all times. But as always she does what she wants. Help!

She can do it because she has the physical ability to do so. That does not mean that it is proper or appropriate. You need to get an attorney in your county as soon as possible to straighten this out. Do not delay! Good luck! Rob Gleaner
