Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Smalls claimes sued

Realtor called a plumber for me to unclogg toilet. Work was done. However, when realtors contract expired, he tossed out (maybe) the key he had to my property. I changed the locks as a result. My cost for this was 100.00. The plumbers cost was 75.00. I told my realtor we were even. Now he is suing me in small claims for 1053.00 for the 75 dollar bill plus whatever. How do I argue this?
