Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Hi (sorry I do Not know how to spell so I hope you can understand my question)

My name is Tracy and I have a house that I rent to a girl she had a child when she moved in and everything was ok. In Feb. she DIFS took her child away and she had hard times to pay her rent I have given her lots of chances and she comes up with rent very late but she pays. I have told her alot of times she must move because she can not aford to live in my house Come june she could not come up with the rent at all. She got help from a VOA this is a place that helps familys with bills. But she had to tell them she had a child. I got the rent for june in july and now it is Aug I had to go to the court and file for her to get out. (question ) what happens in court she will not move and people tell me it is hard to get people out. ( her rent pays my morage and with out the rent money I can not pay my morage.

If the court orders her evicted for non-payment of rent, a court officer will assist you in having her removed. You can start that process by requesting a warrant of removal. If you are dependent on the rental income, you should be prepared to have the property cleaned up and ready to rent to another tenant. /p/ See also: http://info.corbettlaw.net/lawguru.htm
