Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

vandalism from minors 5 yrs old

I have a neighbor with small children who went on a rock trowing episode 2x in 1 week with my Lexus the target 3k worth of damage and no one is accountable except I am sorry. Is that it or do I have any recourse with the mother of the children who owns the home.

They were caught the 2nd time on video by my other neighbor across the street and the police were called. Do I have to bear the brunt of this destruction as there seems to be no end and Mom does not give a hoot about it. Smart to the system, and has not accepted a certified letter I sent her in regards. What if anything can I do? Her kids and animals have been a plauge and short of moving it is an endless problem.

The parents are legally responsible to properly supervise their minor children. They must pay. If they are home owners and have homeowner's insurance

the insurance company will pay.
