Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I won a law suit back in 2009 against a contractor who did some work in my home, but didn't complete it. He refuses to pay what was court ordered. What do I do now? I don't have much more money to spend in attorney fees over this situation - its been going on since 2008. Any help or advice in how to get this resolved once and for all would be SO appreciated! I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever see my money back for the work he didn't complete!

Just beause you have a court order does not mean you will get paid. Now you have to execute on the judgment. Have you docketed the judgment. Have you done a search for bank accounts. Does the person own property. These and many other questions can be answered if you set up an appointment with me. there will be a small charge for a consultation.

I do work in the commericial collections area. If you call to discuss the case and what you know about the defendant, I may be able to help you without any out-of-pocket expenses on your part.
