Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi. My brother was recently married to a U.S citizen but he has not filed his papers yet. Unfortunately, a friend he was giving a ride was recently found in possession of 15g Heroin during a traffic stop. My brother was driving the car. They were both arrested and now he is in jail facing criminal and immigration charges. How should we go about this? If a Criminal lawyer can prove that he was innocent, is it possible for an immigration lawyer to stop deportation? Is deportation inevitable? This will help me in deciding whether its worth it to pay all these legal fees and how to proceed. Please reply as soon as is conveniently possible. Thank you.

Hello:

It will be critical to get an immigration attorney who can do an evaluation of the crime, the background of your brother and what the best possibilities are for him to not be permanently deported.
